Physical Information for All 2008 Athletes

For those students interested in participating in varsity athletics, Athletic Physicals along with the necessary paperwork is required by the Athletic Department. Please contact the head coach associated with the sport directly about completing this requirement.

All freshman and transfers will be REQUIRED to attend the preseason physicals, which will be held on Wednesday, July 30th. Cost of the physical will be $15. Returners do NOT need to attend the physicals but they must turn in the paperwork.

The Athletic physical paperwork forms must be completed before any try-outs or practices. Athletes CAN use a copy of their Athletic physical for the Wellness Center however they MUST complete all of the Wellness Center paperwork including immunizations.

All paperwork for freshmen and transfers must be in by Friday, July 25th. All paperwork for returners must be in by Thursday, July 31st. The forms can be found on the website in the Athletic Training section under "Physical Paperwork".

The official times for physicals are:

Location: Caves Sports and Wellness Center

Time:  9:30am report for Fall student-athletes

           10:30am report for Winter student-athletes

           11:00am report for Spring student-athletes
