Facilities
Villa Julie College is made up of some of the best Division 3
facilities in the region. The facilities are spread over two
campuses (Owings Mills and Stevenson) and a few off-campus sites
for a few sports (softball, baseball and Golf). To see

Owings Mills
It served as the Colts' corral before it was the Ravens' nest, but
what once went the way of the birds has been returned to the world
of the equine. The former Baltimore NFL facility in Owings
Mills is now the athletics home of the Villa Julie Mustangs.
With Bermuda Rye field serving as the home of the College's
lacrosse and soccer teams, and a turf surface to practice on,
Villa's athletes enjoy first-rate fields to play on. The
first class mentality extends past the painted lines and into the
former front offices of Baltimore's professional football
teams.
Opened in the fall of 2006, the Caves Athletic and Wellness Center,
is a modern facility serving the needs of Villa Julie's
student-athletes and general student body.
The locker rooms rival the collection of stalls enjoyed by today's
professional athletes, and come fully equipped with the same
amenities enjoyed by the pros. Plasma screens and sofas make
them a place for athletes to congregate between classes and
practice sessions. They also allow coaches to plug in for
team meetings and film sessions.
In addition to a fully-equipped, modern fitness center, Villa's
students can take advantage of the building's racquet ball
court. A domed turf facility allows for focused practice in
inclement weather, and provides ample recreational space for
students. A full-service, professional training room ensures
the health and comfort of Villa's student-athletes.
Stevenson
A Bluegrass field has served as the home turf for the Mustangs
since Villa Julie started offering club sports in the 1960's when
soccer and field hockey was played in the Valley. Stevenson
also is home to the Mustangs Tennis facility.
In 1997 the Student Union was built under the direction of Athletic
Director Brett Adams which is home to the still state-of-the-art
gymnasium, newly updated fitness center, and oak stall locker team
rooms for both basketball and volleyball teams. The SU also
houses a second full-service, professional training room to help
keep Villa's student-athletes healthy.
