Stevenson Looks to Set a Guinness World Record for Exercise Ball Class

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - On Wednesday, May 6 from 4:00 p.m., to 5:00 p.m., on the field at Mustang Stadium, the Stevenson University will attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest exercise ball class ever.

The event will take place prior to the men's lacrosse team's first round in the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Championship against Eastern at 7:00 p.m.

This class is open to friends and family as well for the biggest, most fun exercise class taught by athletics administrative coordinator M.C. McFadden. Participants are asked to bring their own exercise ball or one can be provided for you.

To participate in this event, a donation of just $5 is requested. All proceeds will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.

The current Guinness World Record for the largest exercise ball class is 353 set April 10, 2014 on NBC's Today Show by Biggest Loser trainer Michelle Bridges. Bridges led the participants in a 30-minute class outside the studio at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
