ABCA names two Mustangs to All-South team

OWINGS MILLS, Md.-- Villa Julie is pleased to announce that both Sophomore Wade Keenan, and Junior Alex Laddbush made the ABCA All-South Team as Honorable Mentions. Keenan, honored in the utility role, batted .387 on the year with 18 RBI's and 17 Stolen Bases while missing 10 games due to a hamstring injury. On the mound he finished with a 2.92 ERA while striking out 54 in 52 innings. Laddbush , honored as a DH, finished his first season with the Mustangs batting .364 with 11 doubles and 35 RBI's.

The Mustangs finished the season at 24-22 and competed in their first ever NCAA regional at Ferrum College in Virginia. The Mustangs are returning both of these players and expect them to lead the team next season back to the regionals and repeat their individual honors.
