Mike D'Andrea Baseball

Mike D'Andrea rejoins the staff for his 3^rd season after graduating from John Carroll University in Ohio.  After spending a season at Notre Dame as an assistant he joins the SU staff as a Graduate Assistant.  Mike's primary duties are related to academics.  He administers study halls, and academic advising for baseball players.  On the field, Mike works tirelessly with infield and outfield defense. Mike is also the Head Coach for the developmental squad for mostly freshmen. Mike's inaugural season ended with the Mustangs maintaining a 2.91 GPA.

Mike was a 4 year starter for John Carroll University as a middle infielder, serving as a captain during his junior and senior seasons.  "Mike is a tremendous addition to our staff, he brings energy to practice, and has a very tough job to keep our team GPA above a 3.0.  However he has been doing a great job, and our players are responding to his day to day help in the classroom" says Head Coach Jason Tawney.
