OWINGS MILLS, Md. - For the second-straight season, the Baltimore Ravens have announced that their summer training camp will feature three public practices, one of which will be held at Mustang Stadium on Sunday, August 18 beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Stevenson's Caves Athletics Complex in Owings Mills, which is highlighted by the construction of Mustang Stadium in 2011, was the first NFL training facility and headquarters of the Ravens in 1996. It was originally built for the Baltimore Colts in 1980.
"Stevenson University is proud to have the Baltimore Ravens return to Mustang Stadium for training camp," said Director of Athletics Brett Adams. "It is a great honor to be able to host the Super Bowl champions and welcome them back to the grounds where they won their first world title in 2000. It means a great deal to Stevenson to have a relationship with one of the best organizations in the NFL."
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis is scheduled to host a training camp practive on Sunday, August 4 at 5:00 p.m., while M&T Bank Stadium is scheduled to host a second practice on Sunday, August 11 beginning at 5:00 p.m. Gates for both sites will open at 3:30 p.m.
Stevenson will host the final open practice that will feature merchandise from the Ravens Team Store, concession stand and interactive fan events, including a player autograph signing for children. there will be NO tailgating permitted on campus.
Due to limited seating, fans will have to enter a lottery for a chance to win tickets. Fans may enter the lottery via the Baltimore Ravens website.
Winners will be notified directly by the Ravens. There will be NO WALK-INS or additional tickets available on the day of the practice. Only those who have been issued tickets by the Ravens will be admitted and allowed entrance to campus.
