Connelly Named to CAC 2nd Team
St. Mary's City, MD- Senior Mustang midfielder,
Catherine "Cat" Connelly (Fallston, MD/Fallston)
was named to the Capital Athletic Conference
All-Conference 2nd Team. This year,
Connelly started 18 games, scored 2 goals, and had
1 assist. Connelly's leadership led the team
on and off the field. She was crucial in setting up smooth
transitions from the Mustang defenders to the offense.
Coach Kathy Railey commented, "I am so happy to see Cat recognized
for her abilities. I think Cat is one of the strongest field
hockey players in the conference and I am thrilled to see the other
coaches recognize her as one of the top players in her
position."
