Terrell's 35 Moves Mustangs Past FDU-Florham in Buffalo Wild Wings Title Game

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Junior Mark Terrell had a career-best 35 points and was named tournament MVP as the Stevenson University men's basketball team captured the Buffalo Wild Wings Classic with a 75-72 win over FDU-Florham Saturday at Owings Mills Gymnasium.

  • The lead changed hands four times in the game's opening minutes before Stevenson (2-1) eked out a 16-12 lead seven minutes in on a basket by Kyle Wooldridge.
  • A 6-0 spurt by the Devils (2-3) capped by an Anthony Mitchell layup put the guests on top 18-16.
  • The lead changed hands four more times before a basket by Terrell with just under three minutes to go put Stevenson up 34-33.
