Villa Takes 12th in 24 Team Tourney

Lebanon, PA.- The Villa Julie men's golf team shot a 325 to finishin 12th place in the 24 team field at the Lebanon Valley College Fall Invitational. The one-day tournament was played Monday at the par 72 Lebanon Country Club. Keystone College captured the team title with 302.

The Mustang's Steve Watts (Baltimore / Overlea) carded a 77 for a top 20 finish in the field of 115 golfers. He was wrapped up in a three-way tie for 19th place with Franklin & Marshall's Bryan Hartog and Delaware Valley's Scott Guadanino. Delaware Valley's Nick Van Hook was the tournament's individual medalist having shot a 73.

Villa's Matt Richardson (Sykesville, MD / Century) shot an 80 to land in an eight-way tie at 36th overall. No other Villa golfer placed in the top 50.
