Maisel Cards 76 in Final Round of Ted Keller Memorial, Men's Golf Takes Seventh Place

ASHLAND, VA. - Junior Josh Maisel carded a team-best 76 in the final round of the Ted Keller Memorial held at the Hanover Country Club. Maisel finished tied for 23rd with a combined score of 155 (+15). The Mustangs finished seventh in the team standings with a final score of 627.

Sophomores Andrew Wally and Matthew Shur finished tied for 27th with scores of 156. Wally, who shot a 77 on the day, now has six rounds under 80 on the season. 

Senior Austin Fuglestad matched his opening round score with an 80 to finish tied for 39th overall. 

Sophomore Johnny Messina bettered his opening round by four strokes with an 80, while sophomore Matthew Maione improved by seven strokes with an 85. 

Daniel Harcourt of Gettysburg won the individual title with a combined score of 139 (-1). Gettysburg won the team title by two strokes over Franklin & Marshall with a combined score of 595 (+16). 

The Mustangs compete next in the Franklin & Marshall Fall Invitational, held at the Bent Creek Country Club on Monday, October 16. This will be Stevenson's final tournament of the fall season.
