Kazimer Named CAC Player of the Week

Owings Mills, MD - Villa Julie Men's Lacrosse player Steve Kazimer has been chosen as the Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Week for his outstanding performance in Saturday's win over St. Mary's College.

Mustang sophomore attacker STEVE KAZIMER (Syracuse, N.Y./Henniger) is the first lacrosse player to be named as the player of the week for the 2008 season. In Saturday's 13-10 win over conference rival St. Mary's College, Kazimer recorded a game-high seven points, scoring five goals, including several in the fourth period to keep the Mustangs in the lead. Kazimer also turned provider, assisting on two of the Mustang goals.
