Mustangs Shutout By Marlins 2-0

Stevenson, MD-  The Mustangs hosted the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins for a non-conference tilt this afternoon.  The Mustangs played an aggressive game but were defeated 2-0. 

The Marlins scored their first goal off of a penalty kick by Bryan Harris at 35:58.  Harris then went on to feed the ball to Dustin Skees at 40:45.  Goalie, Eric Lowman (Catonsville, MD/Catonsville) guarded the net with a total of 11 saves. 

The Mustangs return to the field on Saturday, September 16, to host Christopher-Newport at 1:00.
