Penn State-Harrisburg's two leading scorers, Joshua Christ and Danny Francis, would answer only 28 seconds later to get the Nittany Lions (1-5) on the board when Christ drove home his fourth of the season, tying him with Francis for the team lead.

Otto would follow with back-to-back goals in the 27th and 31st minutes, the second of which was assisted by senior Vinny Caltabiano (Lothian/Mount Saint Joseph) to push the lead to four. Sophomore Ayinde Akinbinu (Bowie/Bowie) would cap the scoring with his first career goal on a penalty kick with 1:05 left in the half.
