RICHMOND, Va. - Junior Kendall Belser qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in both the 100 and 200 at the two-day Fred Hardy Invitational, hosted by the University of Richmond.
Belser placed third overall amongst the non-Division I student-athletes with a time of 22.59 seconds.
In the 100, freshman Dereck Davis placed sixth with an ECAC-qualifying time of 11.07, while Belser clocked an 11.19 to take ninth.
The 4x100 relay team of Davis, Belser, junior Matt Riggins and sophomore Aaron Holliday took third overall with a combined time of 42.94 seconds, which was also good enough for a spot into the ECAC's.
Junior Vladhimir Theophile qualified for ECAC's in the 400 with a 50.22, while freshman Ritchie Case clocked a 51.20. Case would also take sixth in the javelin throw with an ECAC-qualifying toss of 49.02 meters.
The Mustangs compete next at the two-day Messiah Multi, which begins on Thursday, April 5.
