Villa Julie 55, Poly 43

Brooklyn, NY.- The Mustangs traveled to Polytechnic University to compete for a NEAC win, 55-43.

The first half began with a lay-up by Tanisha Foster (Baltimore, MD / St. Frances Acad.) assisted by Cara Hill (Oxon Hill, MD / Oxon Hill). The lead was exchanged many times throughout the half, but a lay-up and free-throw by Hill grasped the lead for the Mustangs at the end, 20-18.

The Mustangs continued to extend the gap during the second half to a final score of 55-43. Foster led with 16 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two blocks. Hill also contributed 15 points and five assists.

The Mustangs improve their record to 14-7 (11-3). They will compete on Sunday, February 11 at home versus St. Mary's College at 5:00 p.m.
