Foster Selected as NEAC Student-Athlete of the Week

Ballston Spa, NY.- Tanisha Foster (Baltimore, MD/ St. Frances Academy) was selected as the NEAC Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week.  Foster, a 6'0" junior forward for the Villa Julie College Mustangs, was selected for her strong offensive performance leading her team to a 2-0 record for the week in conference play and a 3-0 record overall.  Foster finished the week with 55 points (18.3/game), 32 rebounds (10.7/game), 7 assists (2.3/game), 10 steals (3.3/game), 5 blocks, 11 free throws, and a .37 shooting percentage.  Foster recorded a double-double in non-conference play against the College of Notre Dame and helped propel the Mustangs to a three game winning streak to end the season and give them momentum entering post-season competition.
