Head Coach Jackie Boswell Participates in NCAA Youth Clinic at Final Four

DALLAS, Texas - Stevenson women's basketball head coach Jackie Boswell took part in the 2017 POWERADE NCAA Youth Clinics during the NCAA Division I Basketball Final Four weekend on Saturday, April 1 at the American Airlines Center.

The NCAA Youth Clinics are a community outreach program that connects kid's grades 3 through 8 with selected championships and provides them with resources designed to have a lasting impact. Participants receive sport instruction from NCAA coaches and student-athletes and get valuable information on fitness, healthy lifestyles and sportsmanship.

During the NCAA Tournament, fans can experience Tourney Town, a free fest for fans of all ages. This year the NCAA added sport courts and invited local youth to participate in a clinic. Paired with other Division III coaches, Boswell helped run two different sessions of basketball drills.

Paired with University of New England head coach Anthony Ewing, Boswell helped coordinate offensive and defensive drills prior to a shooting competition for sixth graders.
