Durham begins her second season as a graduate assistant on the Stevenson women's lacrosse coaching staff in 2013.

She graduated with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and is currently working towards her master's degree in forensic studies at Stevenson.

At UMBC, Durham was a four year starter for the women's lacrosse team. Throughout her career, 2008-2011, Durham played in 67 of the team's 69 games, posting 57 starts. She helped the team to three straight winning seasons and back-to-back America East Championship appearances. In 2011, the team upset the number 17 nationally ranked, Towson University, in a 10-9 victory.

As a senior, Durham received AEC All-Conference honors and ended her career at UMBC as the team leader for caused turnovers with 71. She also had 68 ground balls and 22 draw controls. 

All four years Durham was selected as a member of the America East Academic Honor Roll.
