Mustang's Moxley Featured in Carroll County Times

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - There was a time when coach Graeme Millar doubted whether Kim Moxley would return to the Stevenson University women's soccer team. Moxley spent months in grueling rehab to return to the team in 2008 after a second torn anterior cruciate ligament.
