Siejack Scores Lone Goal, Leads Mustangs to a 1-0 Victory Over Dickison

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Stevenson women's soccer freshman Alexis Siejack (Baltimore, Md./Catholic) scored the games lone goal to lead the Mustangs to a 1-0 victory over Dickison on Saturday at Mustang Stadium.

The Mustangs (3-0), who are receiving votes in the NSCAA National Poll and are ranked No. 4 in the Mid-Atlantic Region Poll, have not allowed a goal in three games this season, outscoring its opponents, 7-0.

In the 62nd minute, junior Meaghan Williams (Dundalk, Md./Dundalk) sent a pass from the right side into the box where Siejack was able to beat her defender and put the ball in the back of the net for the game winning goal.

The Red Devils (2-1), who are ranked at No. 8 in the Mid-Atlantic Region, were led by Charlotte Armour who totaled four saves. Freshman Annie McCoach (Cockeysville, Md./Maryvale) had three.

The Mustangs outshot Dickinson 10-7 and held a 6-0 advantage in corner kicks.

Stevenson will host 13th-ranked College of New Jersey on Saturday in the Stevenson Classic beginning at 1:00 p.m.
