Teren joins the Mustangs as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2013 season.

In July 2013, Teren founded the Gustav's Elite Training Soccer & Speed Program in Nashville, Tenn. As the owner, Teren manages coaches and camp employees, develops a technical, tactical and sports performance program for campers and employs multiple training methods to encourage player growth.

Teren is also a coach for the Pipeline Soccer Club in Baltimore, where he is responsible for training teams under the age of 17.

Prior to coming to Baltimore, Teren was a coach for the Brentwood Soccer Club in Brentwood, Tenn., as well as a coach and recreational program trainer for Hendersonville Soccer Club in Hendersonville, Tenn.

As a player, Teren last played for La Palma Monte Urpinu in Sardinia, Italty from October 2011 to June 2012. He played a year with the Italian promotional side in Cagliari, Sardina.

From 2007-2010, Teren was a member of the College of Charleston men's soccer program, participating in the Southern Conference for three years as a central midfielder. He graduated from College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications in December 2010.

Prior to Charleston, Teren was a three-year member at the IMG Soccer Academy in Bradenton, FL where he participated in three Nike Friendlies and two Dallas Cups. He was also a member of the Tennessee Futbal club from 1997-2004, where he captained his team to four Tennessee State Championships. His was also a four year member of the 97' Tennessee Olympic Developmental Program Team.
