Katie Pappas enters her third season as an assistant coach within the field hockey program.
As an assistant coach at Stevenson, she assisted in the program's record breaking season, winning their first MAC Commonwealth Championship, defeating Messiah for the first time, and the programs first NCAA Tournament appearance.
When not with the Mustangs, Pappas serves as the Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at St. Mary's Ryken High School and has been in the helm of the program since 2024. Before taking on the head coach role, she served as an assistant coach of the program, while serving as an assistant at the University of Richmond (NCAA-DI).
Off the field, Pappas works as a clinical research scientist at Kelly Science and Clinical, composing high-quality post-market clinical follow-up plans and evaluation reports. She also builds clinical evidence generation strategies and identify sites for study execution and data.
Pappas holds a bachleors and masters of science in biomedical engineering from Drexel Univesity, where she was also a two-sport student-athelte in field hockey and women's lacrosse.
