Women's Golf Posts 14th Highest GPA in Division III

CORAL SPRINGS, Florida. - The Stevenson University women's golf program was recognized by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) on Thursday for its work in the classroom, as the organization released the top 25 teams by cumulative grade point average in each NCAA division for the 2018-19 academic year.  The Mustangs posted a 3.643 cumulative GPA, good for No. 14 among all Division III programs.  Stevenson was the only Middle Atlantic Conference program recognized.

Marietta College had the top team GPA in Division III with a 3.825, while the University of New Mexico was tops among all collegiate programs, compiling a 3.903 GPA this past academic year.

The Stevenson women's golf team captured its first Middle Atlantic Conference championship and made its first NCAA appearance since 2016 this past spring.
