KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For the eighth time in the last nine seasons and sixth straight, the Stevenson women's soccer team was honored for its success in the classroom as the Mustangs were a recipient of the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2017-18 academic year.

A total of 773 collegiate teams (289 men, 484 women) earned the Team Academic Award, including 192 schools who had both their men's and women's programs among the recipients.

The Mustangs were one of seven teams from the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) and one of three from the MAC Commonwealth side to be honored.
