Kirstyn Davidson, Jenna Skove Earn First Team Honors

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Senior Kirstyn Davidson and junior Jenna Skove of the Stevenson University women's tennis team were each named to the MAC Commonwealth All-Conference team as First Team selections Friday morning.

Davidson posted a 5-1 record in singles in MAC Commonwealth play and recorded a 9-6 overall record at No. 2 singles.  In doubles action, Davidson was also 5-1, finishing 4-1 at No. 2 with Megan Waskiewicz.  The duo finished 8-6 overall at second doubles.

Skove, named All-Conference for the third time and to the First Team for the second straight year, teamed with Kelsi Mentzer for a 4-1 record at No. 1 doubles and the pair finished 10-4 overall in doubles action.  In singles, Skove recorded a pair of wins in MAC Commonwealth action at No. 1 and five singles victories overall.

Stevenson finished third in the MAC Commonwealth and own a 8-7 overall record and 4-2 conference mark.  The Mustangs qualified for the conference tournament for the first time since the 2013 season.
