Tati Korba enters her 10th season as the head women’s soccer coach at Stevenson University in 2026 after being named the ninth head coach in program history on June 27, 2017. In addition to leading the women’s soccer program, Korba also serves as a Stevenson SAAC Advisor.

Since taking over the Stevenson Women's Soccer program in 2017, Korba has guided the Mustangs to multiple successful seasons and key milestones for the program and her players. During the 2017 season, the Mustangs beat nationally ranked#8 Johns Hopkins University for the first time in program history. While in 2021, Korba earned her 100th career coaching victory between her time at Stevenson and Goucher College with a win over Alvernia University on October 23. During the 2019 season, Stevenson posted a 5-2-1 conference record and advanced to the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals while battling nationally ranked #10 Arcadia University to a 1-1 overtime draw.

Most recently, Korba guided the Mustangs to the 2025 MAC Commonwealth Championship title game after defeating York College of PA in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals. For their efforts on the season, the Stevenson Women's Soccer coaching staff was named the 2025 MAC Commonwealth Coaching Staff of the Year. The Mustangs also had the MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year in goalkeeper Isabella Serano, and four MAC Commonwealth All-Conference players. Additionally, the Mustangs placed two players on the United Soccer Coaches All-Region V team with goalkeeper Isabella Serano making the third team, and forward Kamille Purcell making the third team as well. 

Overall, under Korba’s leadership, Stevenson student athletes have earned numerous conference and United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors. In her time at Stevenson, the program has produced three All-MAC Commonwealth First Team selections, five Second Team honorees, and six Honorable Mention selections. In 2024, midfielder Karly Sheahan earned United Soccer Coaches All-Region V Third Team honors, while Rylie Patterson was named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-South Region Third Team in 2019.
Beyond Stevenson, Korba serves as United Soccer Coaches Chair of the Mid-Atlantic All-America Committee and has remained heavily involved in the growth of the sport at multiple levels running Nike Soccer Camps in the Baltimore area over the summer.

As a student-athlete, Korba enjoyed a decorated playing career at William Smith College, where she competed all four years in the NCAA Tournament. During her career, she earned NSCAA Division III Second Team All-America honors, East Region All-American recognition, New York State Player of the Year honors, and was named UCAA Conference Player of the Year, as well as multiple All-Conference honors. Korba also helped lead William Smith to a runner-up finish in the NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship.

Following her collegiate career, Korba played for the Maryland Pride from 2003-05 in the Women’s Premier Soccer League, as a starting forward while helping the team to a second-place finish in the Eastern Conference in 2003. She later served as the head coach of the Maryland Pride for two seasons. Most recently, Korba was the Head Coach of the McLean Soccer WPSL team and took that team to the WPSL Regional Final game. Korba also serves as the Head Recruiting Advisor for McLean Soccer Club.

Prior to Stevenson, Korba spent 2 years coaching at Skidmore College, worked for two MLS teams (New York and DC), and spent 12 seasons as the head coach at Goucher College from 2005-16, becoming the program’s all-time winningest coach. In 2012, she guided the Gophers to a 12-4-2 record, tying the school record for wins in a season. During her tenure, Korba coached 15 all-conference selections, three United Soccer Coaches All-Region honorees, and the 2011 Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year. In 2015, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics, overseeing outdoor athletic facilities, game management, and external facility requests.
A native of Wooster, Ohio, Korba graduated from William Smith College in 2000 with a degree in Psychology. She has two daughters, Riley and Taylor.
